Dealing with Stress
Well, I know stress is something we ALL have had to put up with. Between school and maybe working things can get pretty stressful at times. A lot of different things can cause us to stress out, maybe you have a lot of work, dealing with change, or even a big event coming up. Everyone handles stress in different ways. When I get stressed out it helps to take a walk, listen to music, talk to friends, and just getting fresh air helps me. Although everyone handles stress differently all of these things can help. It's okay to get stressed out every once in a while everyone does it's only natural for this to happen. Have fun with life take everything one step at a time and everything will be alright.
